The 10k course starts at Pensford Memorial Hall and runs counter clockwise round the route marked red, finishing with a lap of the playing field. The fun run (4k), goes from Pensford running clockwise and takes the shorter route (interrupted red).

This may look like you need to rope up to ascend and descend the peaks, but please note the scale. Please also remember that there are water stops at both major 'peaks'.
